4. No Guarantee of Results

Business success depends on numerous factors beyond our control. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee funding, growth, partnership outcomes, or any specific business performance metrics.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information

• Showing up for scheduled sessions

• Acting on advice at their own discretion

• Ensuring their own compliance with regulatory, legal, and business obligations

We reserve the right to discontinue services for non-cooperative or disrespectful behavior.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

• All fees are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.

• Coaching, strategy sessions, and digital downloads must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Speaking and consulting engagements may be subject to a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but rates confirmed in writing will be honored.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations for coaching or strategy calls must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule.

• No refunds are given for digital products or missed sessions.

• Group programs and masterclasses are non-refundable once they begin, unless otherwise noted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, and materials shared through this site or during service delivery remain the intellectual property of Alexandra Hirzel and The Scale Foundry.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any material without prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all non-public business and personal information shared during engagements as confidential, except where required by law.

We ask clients to maintain the same confidentiality toward The Scale Foundry’s proprietary methods, materials, and insights.

10. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
